About this policy
Four Cats Creatives is operated by Jami Barich. In this policy, “we” and “the studio” refer to Jami Barich operating Four Cats Creatives.
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Four Cats Creatives website, subscribe to The Four Cats Gazette, contact the studio, or use the shopping features linked or embedded here. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
External services have their own privacy notices. The links below let you review their explanations directly.
Visiting the website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves processing technical request information, which may include an IP address, browser information, the requested page, and request time. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We do not currently use website analytics.
The pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. Loading those fonts sends a request from your browser to Google. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Books & merchandise
The Library uses embedded Lulu Buy Buttons loaded from Lulu. Loading these features connects your browser to Lulu, even before you buy anything. If you proceed with a purchase, the checkout may request information such as your contact, delivery, and payment details. Review the checkout notice and Lulu’s privacy policy before providing information.
Merchandise links take you to the Printify-hosted shop. Information you provide there is handled through that shop and its checkout services. See Printify’s privacy policy and any notices shown during checkout.
The studio can access customer-provided information made available through Lulu and Printify. We use that information only for retail purposes connected with delivering the goods or services you request, including related customer support. We do not sell customer information or keep it for unrelated purposes. The providers’ own handling and retention of information are described in their notices.
The website’s own page code does not collect card details. If you contact the studio about an order, please provide only the information needed to investigate your question; do not send full payment card details.
Contacting the studio
The contact form asks for your name, email address, chosen subject, and message. Submissions pass through FormSubmit for delivery to the studio’s Gmail mailbox. A spam check may be required. See the FormSubmit privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
If you email directly, the studio receives your email address, message, and anything else you choose to include. This information is used to read and respond to your inquiry and handle related follow-up. Submitting a contact inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Cookies & browser choices
Embedded forms, shopping features, and external services may use cookies or similar browser technologies under their own notices and settings. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser; blocking them or third-party content may affect those features. Browser controls do not prevent all technical requests, and this page does not offer a separate consent control for embedded services.
Your information & choices
For questions about information held by the studio, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. Depending on your location and the circumstances, privacy law may provide additional rights. The studio may need enough information to verify and locate your request. Requests concerning information held independently by a shopping or service provider should also be directed to that provider.
We keep customer information in contact, subscription, and order records only for the purpose of delivering the goods or services for which it was provided, including responding to your inquiry, delivering your newsletter subscription, or fulfilling and supporting your order. We do not retain customer information beyond that purpose and never sell it. A newsletter subscription is an ongoing service until you unsubscribe. These limits describe the studio’s use and retention; independent service providers have their own practices, described in their privacy notices.
