About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Four Cats Creatives website. “We,” “us,” and “the studio” mean Four Cats Creatives, operated by Jami Barich. Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

These website terms do not replace the terms presented by a shopping provider for a purchase. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Creative work & intellectual property

The studio’s original artwork, writing, book covers, product designs, branding, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Materials belonging to others remain the property of their respective rights holders.

You may browse the site and share links to its pages. Except as permitted by law or a separate licence, you must obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission before copying, publishing, distributing, selling, adapting, or using protected content commercially. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce its design or contents.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site or its forms and shopping tools, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, or send spam or abusive messages.

Provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order, and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Purchases must meet the eligibility and legal capacity requirements shown by the relevant checkout provider. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site.

Product information

We aim to describe products clearly. Images may include mockups; screen settings and printing processes can affect how colours and details appear. Check the product’s description, format, dimensions, options, price, currency, and availability in the relevant listing and checkout before buying.

Listings, prices, and availability may change. Please review the full total, including any taxes, delivery charges, or other fees shown at checkout, before submitting an order. If information appears inconsistent or mistaken, contact us for clarification. Changes to a website listing do not by themselves change a completed order or remove your legal rights.

The external merchandise shop

The Merchandise opens the studio’s external Printify-hosted storefront. Browsing or buying there involves services outside this Cloudflare Pages website.

Review the listing, seller information, checkout terms, and policies displayed in that shop before purchasing. Its checkout and fulfilment services handle the transaction and production or delivery through the providers identified there. Printify’s terms of service describe its platform; any terms specific to the storefront or transaction should also be reviewed.

Lulu purchases in The Library

The Library includes embedded Lulu purchase functionality. Although a buying tool may appear within our page, it uses Lulu’s services. Review the product selection, checkout details, payment authorisation, and applicable purchase terms before confirming an order.

Lulu provides printing and fulfilment services for these purchases. Checkout and payment services are supplied through the providers identified during that checkout. See Lulu’s terms and conditions and the notices shown in the purchase flow.

Checkout, fulfilment & order questions

Third-party shopping tools, payment services, and fulfilment providers operate under their own terms for the services they supply. Their features and availability can change. The seller and service providers identified in your checkout and order confirmation determine the arrangements for that transaction; these website terms do not reassign those responsibilities or remove the studio’s obligations under applicable law.

For an order question, use the support instructions in your order confirmation or contact the studio with the order reference, purchase platform, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details or passwords.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are addressed separately in the applicable shop or checkout policies. Review those details before ordering; this page does not set shipping times, return windows, or refund rules.

Privacy & external services

Read our Privacy Policy for information about the website, contact form, newsletter, and shopping features. External websites and embedded services have their own privacy notices and terms. A link to another service does not make its content or practices part of this website’s terms.

Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your message or attachments to us. Please send only material you are entitled to share and the information needed to respond.

Availability & disclaimers

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or the continuous availability of third-party links and tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties about site availability or accuracy.

This website disclaimer does not limit product rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not excuse the studio from obligations it has for a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website or its services change. The current version will be posted on this page, with its update date. Changes apply to future use of the website and do not retrospectively alter an existing order. Review this page when returning to the site.
